Re: ~*~Thursday Ticker Change 12/11~*~
How far along are you? 32 weeks, measuring bigger. He's aprox. 5 lbs 7 oz EDD Feb 5th. They changed it back again from the 29th according to LMP.
How are you feeling? I've been battling a sinus congestion thing this week which is horrible but other then that feeling great.
Any changes, appts, anything new? I'm seeing my medical team practically daily now. Because I'm high risk we have 2.x a week NST and ultrasounds. I spent last weekend in L&D in DKA due to complications with my type 1 diabetes. They almost delivered the baby that day, it was quite scary. Both baby and I have bounced back very nicely and just taking things day by day for now.
Any T&Ps? As I get closer to the end of this pregnancy, my nerves are getting worse. My PAL brain just won't shut off. Seems everyday is a challenge for me. I'm always hearing horror stories of diabetic moms loosing babies in the last few weeks without reason, it terrifies me. I know that with my regular appts I should feel eased with the constant reassurance but i don't
As for christmas decorating, this year we only put up the tree. It's a bit strange but we won't be having my stepson this Christmas so I'm not feeling the holiday vibes like I normally do. We are celebrating with him the weekend before so it's not like we are skipping it but it isn't the same. My favorite decorations would by far be my tigger collection, every year since I was young my mom buys me a tigger ornament or plush decoration. It's grown quite big.over the years and is something I will always treasure!
My heart is as open as the sky.
Read about it on the blog
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
How are you feeling? Better! MS is starting to subside (I think, I hope!). I cooked a real dinner last night and a real lunch today!
Any big changes this week? Nope.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Nada. I go for my 1st tri screening and appt with MFM on the 16th and an appt with the OB on the 19th.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? A healthy baby at our NT scan!
QOTW: Is your house all decorated for the holidays? What is your favorite decoration that you put up? Ish. We have our tree up and our stockings hung. I'd like to do more, but I can't find the energy. My favorite decoration is a little wooden sleigh that DH made as a kid. It's to hold Christmas cards.
Ah!! And look at you @1220winterbride !!! 16 weeks?!?! I'm so, so happy for you!!!!!!!

How far along are you? (please include EDD if you are new here) 35 weeks
How are you feeling? Very sore and tired. It doesn't help that DS is cutting his 2year molars and wakes frequently at night and wants to be carried all the time.
Any big changes this week? Not this week.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Next appointment is Monday and I will hand in my L&D registration form.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? None this week.
QOTW: Is your house all decorated for the holidays? What is your favorite decoration that you put up? We "modified" our decorations this year. DS has been into everything and we were afraid to take out any of our expensive or fragile decorations. We did get him a Melissa and Doug wooden nAtivity and he plays with it all the time. This has distracted him a bit grim other decorations.
@lelly0086 - I'm glad to hear that you and LO are doing well after the DKA admission, very scary. Sending many T&Ps that the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.
@KikiCohen - YAY for cooking real meals, that is huge! Sending T&Ps for a wonderful NT scan.

How are you feeling? I'm hanging in there! It's been hard to sleep and my hands have been so swollen by morning that they hurt. But, I'm hanging in there. 4 more weeks to go!
Any big changes this week? Not really, just getting bigger by the day.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? My next app is Monday.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I'm good
QOTW: Is your house all decorated for the holidays? What is your favorite decoration that you put up? Yes! We are all decorated. It took three days instead of the usual one because I had to take so many breaks, but it's finally done. My favorite decorations are our Christmas ornaments. Each one reminds my of some special thing that happened.

How are you feeling?
Latest and greatest symptom is heartburn. Yay.... Ugh.
Any big changes this week?
I "think" I may have felt the baby move last night. I had just eaten a bowl of cereal (I know dinner of champions) and I was laying partially on my side and I think I felt a little poke. Or it could have just been my stomach since I ate the cereal. I don't know.
Do you have any appointment updates or news?
My anatomy scan is next Thursday.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything?
I'm starting to get nervous about next week. I'm trying to stay busy to keep my mind off of things.
QOTW: Is your house all decorated for the holidays? What is your favorite decoration that you put up?
It's about half ready. Mantle is up, lights are on the house, and we got the tree this weekend. However there are no lights or ornaments on the tree yet. I have 2 favorite things to set up. The first is my crèche. My mom got me a starter kit for my bridal shower and she gives us a new piece every year. I also love putting up all the ornaments. Both my husband and I have a ton from our childhood and I have some old ones from my grandmother that are worn, but mean so much.
@lelly0086 sorry about the sinus infection and all the appointments. Hopeful all that monitoring will help with your anxiety.
@KikiCohen I'm so glad you are feeling better. I remember slowly coming out of that fog. It was nice cooking again!
@momtoanangel2 I would imagine a 2 year old cutting molars makes for a few sleepless nights. That has to be hard at 35 weeks.
@KJsbabe Sorry about the swollen hands. Hang in there! You are almost at the end!
@kate6214 - sending many good vibes for a wonderful A/S..

@KikiCohen Yay for feeling better! I hope LO looks perfect at your NT scan.
@Mom2anAngel2 I hear you on the tired and sore! We're almost there! (At least that's what I keep telling myself!)
@kate6214 Yay for possible movement! I love cereal. I eat it morning, noon, and night

How far along are you? 21 weeks (and one day)
How are you feeling? Feeling great, indigestion has finally died off, still carrying tums just in case
Any big changes this week? We got to see baby yesterday!!!!!!! Which is why I am a day late.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? We had our ultrasound yesterday and yes, I cried. I can still picture that first image of baby with his/her tiny hands waving in front of that little face. And those little legs moving around. We had another strong heartbeat and the doctor said the baby looks awesome, the cord, placenta and the fluid all look great. We did find out I have an anterior placenta, which is why I haven't felt a ton of movement yet.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? None for me, but plenty to go around today. And thank you to everyone for the T&P last week, every bit helps.
QOTW: Is your house all decorated for the holidays? What is your favorite decoration that you put up? Our house has been decorated since the day after thanksgiving. I think my favorite part is the tree or the nativity. When I was younger we could never touch it, then as my brother and I got older we would fight over who got to set it up.
