Cost for IUI

We pay OOP for any actual procedures, but all of our testing and meds are covered by our insurance.  For an IUI with a sperm wash, we are looking at $590 OOP.  Does this compare to costs you have seen?

I'm not horribly upset about that cost, just curious.

I guess I am really lucky. We pay $200 for the iui, 125 for the mid cycle us and then any meds. My letrozole is 1.35 and the ovidrel was 84. Thank goodness for my employee discount.

Mine is the same, we go to the same clinic.

My ultrasounds are $280 or so (1-2 per cycle)
Bloodwork at baseline is about 150 since I had cysts, don't know if they do that all the time.
Trigger is $170 or so. (Ovidrel)
Letrozole was $3 through my insurance
