Four Toes?

Does anyone else's ultrasound only show 4 toes? Both pictures of baby's feet look like this. I know it's *probably* because he was moving so the ultrasound tech couldn't get a good picture, but she also didn't count off the fingers & toes to me. I'm just wondering if this is something I should be worried about or not.
