Pain After Reflexology - Solutions?

I took a half day yesterday and went to the reflexology place by our house.

I know that like a massage, you can be sore after as your body is recovering and releasing toxins.

But this morning I can barely turn my head and sitting is painful, so I am standing working at the bar.  It's right in the middle along spine, between my shoulder blades, and resonates up my neck.

Has this happened to anyone else and any suggestions to resolve?

    I had that after a massage! It was awful. Two things helped. Drink a crapload of water so all the stuff that got released can be flushed out of your body, and stretch gently. I used a bosu ball, a foam roller DH uses for his legs, and even just a stash of pillows I did sort of a mini-backbend over. Be careful not to stretch too hard!

    I am dying - I don't think I will repeat this either.

    However, it does make me wonder if I just have a ton of toxins in my body or something and this is really in a messed up way this is good for me.
