Has anyone had this happen...

???

I put her down for a nap on her back in the middle of the crib, heard some fussing, and came into find this.  Should I be concerned about her hurting herself?  I know they say 'no bumpers,' but are the mesh ones OK?

  • I have the mesh ones, but she still manages to get her leg up and over it.

  • First @blinkme182 LOVE your signature gif! DH would also approve(Home Alone is one of his favorite Christmas movies)

Second DS would get his legs stuck but he was a chunker and itd leave red marks and it only hapened when he would throw a fit about napping. Eventually we got a mesh tent to put over his crib and it helped .

  • We use the mesh and need it, or he'd get his feet through every night! I recommend it

  • That has happened to us several times, she's never hurt herself. I've also considered the mesh ones, but haven't yet.

  • I put on the mesh bumpers as well because he moves all night long and would get his arms stuck and it would wake him up.
  • I use the mesh one. LO scoots himself until his head is right up against the side and I was concerned about that. Of course now that he has his helmet he would not be able to push his head into the bars, but I still think I will leave it.

  • My girl does this her legs are always in the bars planning to get the mesh bumper
