So does being 16 make you unable to read a pregnancy book? Most of those tell you what to do to alleviate pain. I was 18 when I was pregnant with DS and I found those quite informative about what to expect...
In fact, one of the books is indeed called What to expect!! Good luck sweetheart.
I'm 30 years old. It's all new for me too. Age doesn't mean anything... except that you're probably in better shape than I am. You're pregnant... that means you're going to be a parent. That means you're going to be responsible for a whole other person. Their health and well-being. I would definitely start taking initiative and educating yourself. Don't be Teen Mom. Be smart and educated and independent.
Sleeping with a ring of pillows has helped me tremendously. Just wedge one under your back and tuck one between your knees and hug one. It is the only way I can sleep where my back isn't killing me.
Try looking up some prenatal back stretches and prenatal yoga on youtube and see if those help. Look up pillows and sleeping while pregnant. The bra tip^ go get a fitting!!!
