Questions about ultrasound

I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow to check for cysts. The order says "US pelvis complete Transvag/transabd" is this the one where they check my belly or will it be the one where they go up my vagina? Or is it both? and if I have cysts will they tell me there or will they report back to my doc and then I have to go see her?

    When I had my diagnostic U/S, it was a nurse doing it, and they aren't supposed to give any information.  I could see what looked like lots of colorful dots on the screen, though and assumed that they were cysts (they were).  I did have to have a monitoring U/S on the weekend once when there is only a doctor in the office.  He took the time to explain everything that he was seeing.  

    Side note, I thought I had to go in with a full bladder the first time and was in absolute agony when I got there, thought I was going to explode all over her.  As soon as we got into the room, she told me to go into the bathroom, undress from the waist down, and empty my bladder.   Yes!!
    Me: 30, PCOS  Him: 28, Perfect
    Married: 10/11/12  TTC: 10/11/12

    Journey So Far:
    Clomid 50mg = BFN
    Clomid 100mg = BFNx4
    Femara 2.5mg + U/S + Ovidrel 250mcg + Progesterone supps + TI= BFNx3

    What's Next:
    First IVF cycle coming in February

    All done! She did the outside one first let me empty my bladder and did the inside. She didn't tell me anything just said the radiologist would look it over and then send that to my doc... I didn't see any clear cysts as @Mellyknu‌ did. I could tell when she was looking at my ovary but that's it:( it wasn't very clear to me. Hoping the doc lets me know tomorrow!

    I'm sorry I seem to be causing issues today I truly am not trying to upset others. We've been trying since July and I didn't go to the doc with infertility I went because I was passed 60 days. She diagnosed me with pcos. Today was my first ultrasound ever to see if I have cysts. I schedule an appointment we an RE for jan 6 to one get a second opinion and two get stated on meds if it is pcos. When I first got the diagnosis I was skeptical however it's started to sink in and make sense. I had hoped this cycle would be normal but I haven't ovulated and FF puts me at a perspective 38 day cycle so I'm thinking it'll be much like my last (which ended up going 83). And I'm not trying to fight or be disruptive but I haven't changed my story I've always been honest and I've just been trying to fit in and make friends. I'm not trying to cry infertility and I'll stop posting here if I shouldn't be. Again sorry.
