@ItsStackie - I hope you were able to eat well while you didn't have time for much exercising!
@phishgirl29 - Hopefully the lack of Thanksgiving made not easting excessively pretty easy last week!
@Pitchslap - Congrats on losing weight over the Thanksgiving holidays!  I hope it wasn't just losing muscle mass!

12 weeks for @Lizzybizzy80 - I hope you were able to resist the chips and get in your long run!

5 weeks for @megsw85 - I guess the only benefit of having lots of snow is that shoveling definitely counts as good exercise!

2 weeks for @megaroo64 - Excellent work getting the running in!  Exercise can make up for a host of poor eating ;-)

  • Last week: Had our soccer game for the semifinals, and ate healthy until Sunday night. 

    This week: Plan to go on at least 2 walks.

    Goal: Maintain.

    Have you decorated for the holidays yet? I have put the big stuff out, but I don't think I'm going to decorate too much more. DD keeps getting into the stuff.

  • Last week: I managed to follow my running plan and got on the treadmill three times (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday).  Wednesday was kinda weak though - tried to do it during nap time, and N wasn't a fan.  Lesson learned- treadmill has to happen BEFORE the kiddos are up for the day. 

    This week: Planning on following the same schedule - run Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.  I also meal planned a little better this week and we have run out of all of our super tasty leftovers from thanksgiving, so hopefully, I can get my eating a little more on track.

    Goal: I need to lose baby weight and tone up.  And I would like to up my endurance - I want to feel soccer ready by January.  

    Have you decorated for the holidays yet? Somewhat.  Tree is up - but not decorated.  But I did put a lot of our other decorations out already.

  • Last week:  Diet and T25.  Down 1lb!  I've lost 7lbs since September.

    This week: T25 and diet!

    Goal:  Tone up!  

    Have you decorated for the holidays yet?  Just a tree with lights.  I have a ton more in the basement in bins but I haven't had the desire (or time) to sift through it all.  I might go nuts Christmas eve once the guilt kicks in.

  • Last week; did ok, moved the long run to Sunday and finished it in a cold drizzle, brrrr.

    This week: 10k step/day and stick to the training plan.

    Goal: lose weight and be healthy.

    Decorated the day after Thanksgiving. After dinner we put B in the stroller with a blanket, put on Christmas music and walked around the neighborhood looking at lights. He loved it! I
