I stupidly signed up for a cookie exchange with the entire division of research, so I have a lot to bake, and clearly they have to be the best.

Took @hmp1's advice and made gingersnap cookies dipped in white chocolate this past weekend. They're incredible. I made my dough on Saturday and then baked them on Sunday. They're so damn good, I think I'm going to make more of them.

Spritz cookies are by far my favorite Christmas cookies to bake. My recipe is on a piece of paper though. I can take a pic if anyone wants. It also has a recipe for a spiced spritz. They are both so good.
