February 2015 Moms

Grateful Tuesday!

It's rainy and gross here and I had a pity party for myself last night but am determined to face today looking on the bright side!

So I'm grateful that this huge rainstorm isn't a blizzard, and I'm grateful for prenatal yoga tonight! It'll be just what I need!

What are you grateful for today?

  • I am grateful for there only being 3 days left of this week.

On a more serious note I'm grateful to have an easy pregnancy despite what hurtles have been thrown at me.

  • I also have it rainy and gross here in NJ. :-S

I am grateful for the fact my housework is done, and I can curl up on the couch with a good book today.

Even though I have yet to make it I am looking forward to the beef stew I am making for dinner tonight!
  • I'm grateful for nothing to do today so I can watch DH play video games while I play with DS.

I'm so grateful that bling's birth story is such a happy one. I can't wait to see pictures.

I'm also still grateful for the ladies I've met on this board. You guys being the laughs and the tears.

  • I'm grateful that my butt injury is healing (proving without a doubt that it is not sciatica) and that I'll be walking again in a few days!

I'm also grateful that fruity pebbles are gluten free (but I wish they sold them in Canada).
  • I am thankful that the sciatica I've been dealing with for the past couple days just suddenly stopped after my workout this morning. It was pretty painful and I almost skipped the gym because even trying to walk quickly made me feel like my right leg would buckle. I decided to go anyway and just do what I could. My only guess is that it was brought on by baby's position and baby has moved. It started very suddenly and vanished just as quickly. Baby was super active during my time on the elliptical this morning. Then, no more sciatica. :-bd

  • Im grateful that DH has his holiday work party and I dont have to cook
  • I'm grateful that I really have had an easy pregnancy, and even now still feel really normal.  Not uncomfortable or crampy or anything..

I just pray it stays.  :-)

  • Kids, dogs and ice cream. In that order. Oh and antacids.
  • Surely this will sound silly, but I'm grateful for Indian food/the fact that I "discovered" it.  I really, REALLY love it.  It is 100% my comfort food, my celebratory food, and our date night favorite.  The feelings are the same even when not pregnant.  I really love it and the endorphins really gush when I'm having a meal!
  • I am grateful I have a full time job where I get to work from home (most days). I don't know how you ladies do it getting up early and sitting at work all day.
  • I am grateful for the door on my office. :)

I am actually grateful for my husband. He is really sweet and helps me roll out of bed. :)

I am grateful for you ladies, who make me laugh everyday, and peppermint bark.

  • I'm grateful that we have a healthy, growing little girl on the way, and that DH is already proving to be an amazingly loving and supportive dad.  I knew he was a good man and would be a good dad when I married him, but expected him to be less...gooey?  Anyway he loves her and it gives me warm fuzzies.

    and like @wendy46001, tums.

  • I'm thankful that my brother finally got to meet his niece after two years this weekend and that she adores him. I'm thankful for my crazy family. So thankful for my dh, he's been amazing both pregnancies since I get hg and slack a lot. And I'm thankful for both my babies, they bring me insane amounts of joy.

  • I'm grateful that in two more days my daughter will start Christmas holidays from school. No more school runs, and no more driving her around to all her after school clubs for three whole weeks!

I'm also grateful for the plans we've made, and being able to spend lots of time with her, it'll be her last Christmas as an only child.
