where did you all get your LOs stockings from??

I'm in a panic, I can't find any I like!

Sorry to t/j, but I was going to forego getting stockings until we have another baby so they all match. Are you planning to have another and, if so, are you buying an extra one now and just personalize later?

I'm not too worried about matching so this isn't a big deal to me. If I was, I would buy an extra how and personalize later.

I'm making DD's to match her sister's. Ours don't match currently anyways... mine was made for me when I was a baby by my aunt. MH was purchased (he didn't have one-although I am working on one similar to mine--that's a project that has been in the works for almost 4 years now!). DD1's is simple, made with fleece and a feathery top. DD2's will be the same, but in 'her' color. Maybe when our family is done we will do all matching stockings, but what we have works.

I was trying to find the link to some I'd seen that I liked. I think they were on the personalcreations site, but they're now out of a bunch of them I saw previously. I think these are cute though. Maybe I'll buy 4 now, but hold off on the personalization?

Stocking twinsies! That's the one I got for LO.

It doesn't matter to me that we all have a matching set. DH and I display our childhood stockings, but we receive stocking stuffers in random stockings my mom has.

I got DS's at PBK 4 year ago and at the time, I bought a second one knowing we wanted to have another. They don't match but are similar. I just got DD's personalized this year, but I did a different font. I was worried the font wouldn't be exactly the same and it would look like I was trying to match but failed. So DH and I use the ones we bought when we got married (similar but not the same) and the kids have theirs (similar but not the same. I love our stocking wall :x

I made all my stockings - there are super easy! I made them when I was very pregnant with DS2, and just made an extra since I knew we wanted a kid #3!

We did PBK, also. That style stocking has been out for like a decade - I don't see it going anywhere if we needed to buy more.

My grandma made all our stockings using this pattern. When she passed my sister took over the role and she made R stocking. Everyone gets the same one with their name on it. Even your spouse. :x
