1. How far along are you? 12 weeks 2 days

2. When is your next appointment? This Friday for a Genetic Testing Ultrasound

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? Okay. We tried out our fetal Doppler again and found the baby's heartbeat for maybe a full minute, it was definitely exciting!

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? I'm so happy to be at the 12 week mark and to start telling people about the pregnancy after our appointment on Friday.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? Christmas Vacation. I'm a sucker for all holiday movies--even super corny Hallmark ones, but nothing beats classics like Christmas Vacation.

2. When is your next appointment? 12/19...seems so far away, but it's not

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? Eh...it's kind of been a rough weekend. I think because I don't have any symptoms, and my tiredness is starting to go away, my mind starts thinking bad things.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? Seeing our parents excited.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? National Lampoon's Christmas!

How far along are you? 13w4d

When is your next appointment? Just got home from our ultrasound! Next ob appointment is Jan 8th and mid pregnancy ultrasound Jan 21st

How is PGAL brain treating you? It still has its moments but so much better since we had an elective ultrasound on Saturday and the nt scan today and the baby looks great!

Current pregnancy joy? Getting to see our little nugget twice in one week! Just watching him move and bounce all over eases my mind so much!

GTKY: I love all the cheesy hallmark Christmas movies..they make me cry lol

1. How far along are you? - 12 weeks 3 days
2. When is your next appointment? - Wednesday 12/10 -FINALLY!
3. How is PGAL brain treating you? - I'm freaking out a bit. I feel like I can't breathe and I won't be able to breathe until we see the LO on the screen and get good results from our NT scan. Then, if that goes well, I'll be holding my breath again until the results of the blood work come back. This is when everything fell apart last time and I'm hoping and praying - fingers, toes, arms, legs, EVERYTHING crossed - that everything will be just fine this time.
4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? Sleep - I slept for 11.5 hours Saturday night and 10.5 hours last night. I love my sleep!!!
5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? - I love the movie Elf. I watch it every year and it is just as silly and hilarious as it was the first time I watched it.

2. When is your next appointment? The 17th for a check-up

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? I had a normal NT scan and have been able to find the HB at home since then, so I'm finally starting to believe that things are going to be ok. I still get worried about anything that could potentially hurt the baby... but I think that's typical of any pregnant woman

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? Having boobs is pretty awesome (except when they itch). I've been fortunate enough to experience the growth without the extreme pain that it seems most people have.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? The original Home Alone!

I guess that's the one good thing about MS... it's a daily reminder lol

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? When I was pregnant with DS, we bought an ornament that said "2012's Greatest Gift" and put his u/s picture inside. We bought another for this baby and I'm so excited to have a good picture from our NT scan to put in it. I think that will serve as our FB announcement

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? Christmas Vacation for sure!

So so. I'm still not convinced that I'll finish this pregnancy with a healthy, live baby. I keep saying that after X milestone or after Y happens, I'll feel better, but nope. Still with that nagging worry in my mind.
4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)?
My ute is forward and present! Hurray! (I was worried a) that my retroverted ute would get "stuck" and b) that something had happened to the fetus [therefore the ute wouldn't be growing])
5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie?

ELF! Or Miracle on 34th Street (the original B&W version)

ETA: panorama results back. All is low risk. Phew.

I am 11 weeks tomorrow.
My next appointment is an ultrasound and it's not until the 21st (I think. Preggo brain is crazy this time around).
Funny thing about PGAL brain for me is that it has it's good and bad moments. When it's a good day and I feel good, I worry. But I feel nauseous for a few minutes on another day and I feel reassured. I also have issues coming to terms that I will have a happy and healthy baby.
My current pregnancy joy is that finally my appetite has seemed to slow down. I was always so hungry and now it seems a bit more manageable.
My favorite holiday movie is A Christmas Story.

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? Better! But I just had an ultrasound this morning, so, you know.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? Looking at all of y'all's siggy challenge photos...I have been on mobile for the last 2 weeks! And okay, I had Taco Bell for lunch the last two days.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? Elf for sure, Home Alone is up there too.

I swear I miss every other week!

1. How far along are you? 13 weeks 3 days

2. When is your next appointment? Dec 31

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? Not bad because my nt scan last week looked normal. This is the first time I feel relaxed.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? I announced on Friday and Saturday , which led me to find out two good friends are also pregnant!

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? I like Babes in Toyland a lot.

To be honest, I didn't truly believe we would come home with DS until I heard that cry in the OR. DH kept asking me, "Aren't you excited, we get to meet the baby?" I was like, "I'll be excited once he/she is here."

1. How far along are you? 11w5d based on LMP, around 10 weeks based on today's ultrasound.

2. When is your next appointment? Next Monday, December 15th.

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? So much better because today I saw our little bean!!! Words can't describe how happy I was to see those little arms and legs and to hear the heartbeat at 179! I finally have a picture to keep with me. All of my worries have disappeared... for now.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy(other than being pregnant)? Definitely the above, along with telling more people, and feeling all the support.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? Christmas Vacation and The Santa Claus with Tim Allen.

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? Better after my ultrasound last week. Baby is quite the mover.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy (other than being pregnant)? My ultrasound and making it to 13 weeks with no bleeding and complications.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? Santa Claus is Coming to Town, the Christmas classic.

3. How is PGAL brain treating you? I had a bad dream last night that I was bleeding :-S I was really happy when I woke up and realized it was a dream, but I still feel icky about it.

4. What's your current Pregnancy joy (other than being pregnant)? The incredibly sweet reactions yesterday from our CEO, CFO, and Dir. of Software, when I told them I'm expecting. There aren't many women at our company, and I'm the first that will be taking mat leave, and they are going to make our mat policy more thoughtful/generous than the canned one from our current handbook. Couldn't ask to work with a nicer bunch.

5. GTKY: What's your favorite holiday movie? A Christmas Story, but Elf is a close second!

@stinybean‌ Found out 2 of my 3 best friends are also preg and we are all due w/in a month of each other (and no, we did not all plan this!). Should be fun!
