This is a thread posted daily for any of us who need to get out our frustrations about waiting to O, the 2WW, or vent about our cycles.

If you find yourself checking FF obsessively, MF is getting the best of you, or you just want to pee on all things, let it out here! In order for the conductors to be better able to help you, please make sure you either have a FF chart link in your sig, or make sure you post a link.

Don't chart? You should consider it, not only will it give you a lot more insight to your cycles, but conductors will be able to answer a lot of your questions just by looking at your chart!

Explain your Crazy here: I've already given up on this cycle. My period is due on Christmas Eve, and given my luck the last few months, I know I'm going to spend Christmas on my period, with my in-laws who generally have not been very sensitive about my loss. I've told my husband he needs to talk to his family about it before we come to visit, and he says he will, but he thinks it's not going to do any good and his family will just be irritated with me. I'm dreading it. I'm ready for January. I'm ready to put this whole miserable year behind me.

I'll join this week's train. I'm CD14, I guess waiting to O but it's probably not going to be until Sat/Sunday.
I'm trying to be optimistic about this being the month we burn the bench, but since work has been a living nightmare, I am insanely stressed and also just kind of want the next two weeks to be over just so I can have a week off for xmas. We also need to actually have sex sometime in the next week to actually be burning the bench... So, you know. There's that.

Signs/Symptoms: Super EWCM, super moody, - OPKs so far...and temp jump
Explain your Crazy here: My temp jumped this morning and FF gave me dotted crosshairs and put me 3dpo. I am not convinced. I swear teary breakdowns increase my temp the next day. I'm going to try to get over feeling so bummed and HIO tonight just in case.

Can you link your chart for mobile?

Also how often/when did you POASopk?

Thank you ladies; I'm literally contemplating quitting after the new year it's been so bad... I'm supposed to be actually signing paperwork for partnership/ownership after the new year, but I honestly don't think I want it anymore...

Explain your Crazy here:It takes 4 days of high dummy temps for FF to give me any CH's, and even then it only gives me dotted. I don't know what's up with this cycle. It looks to me like I O'd, but with the dummy temps it says I O'd on CD 21, but I'm not convinced of that either.

Blaaarg...I'm so over this cycle.

@menrandes I hear you on the crazy cycle. I have no idea what's going. I think it looks like you definitely O'd but I'm still fairly new to charting so I am not the best help.

Explain your Crazy here: Ok I am on my THIRD day of OPK's - what the hell does that mean? I missed temping yesterday and I am worried it will screw up my chart. I am thinking I O'd because today I have rise in temp - but I guess we will see from here on out. As far as I can tell I still have fertile CM but I think I have been seeing it for the last week. I really don't know what the hell is going on.

Hmm....if I discard CD 15, it gives me CH's for CD 19 without needing any dummy temps, which is the most likely time IMO that I O'd, if I did anyway.

Blaaarg...I'm so over this cycle.

I think the plateau on CD20 and CD21 is why you're getting CHs for CD21 with another temp rise. I had one cycle that gave me CHs at 6 DPO. These types of cycles are long and super frustrating. FX for a temp rise tomorrow so you can get CHs and move on. I imagine they would remain dotted though because of the CM info being missing.

3 days of OPKs isn't unheard of. I would HIO tonight to cover my bases though. FX for a temp spike tomorrow!

First time on the train!

Crazy level: 5 (I'm only 3dpiui, the real madness awaits)

CD/DPO: CD17, 3dpiui, 5dpt

Can't I just ___ already?! Can't I just be done testing out my trigger so the real POAS madness can begin. It's no fun seeing fake two lines.

Signs/symptoms: nada. Which of course makes me worried this cycle is a bust.

Explain your crazy: this is my first IUI but third medicated cycle. So, the build up is bigger and I can't shake the feeling that I'm in for a big disappointment. Not to mention I got my bill from my MC ER visit, my repeat bloodwork from the RE and my trigger shot and kind of feel like I'm just running around throwing cash at people.

@PinkCamino what do you think the odds are I O'd on CD 19? When I take away the temp for CD 15 it gives me solid CH's for that day. I have had zero fertile symptoms since then.

I don't know much about triggers, how long do they usually stay in your system?

It takes 3 dummy high temps and then it gives me dotted CH's on CD 21. There was one temp that was taken a little later than usual, but I can't remember which day it was! How frustrating!

*shrug* sometimes we get less than perfect looking charts. There are so many factors involved (sleep quality, mouth breathing, external environment). As the days pass you may get dotted CHs for CD21 and then after a few days they may move back to CD19 depending on the ups and downs of your temp. FX for CD19!

@mlal78‌ no actual bbt here. I know I should, but on months that I O (there was a long stretch over a year long where I didn't at all, but things have been more regular for about two years now), there's always been a clear shift.
I guess that couldn't always happen! The same temps in a row is definitely out of the ordinary!
I guess next cycle I'll do quite a bit different, including a real bbt and opks!
I'm not hopeful for this cycle at all. But I was hoping that for once I wouldn't have AF on Christmas! Seriously... Happens all the time!

I don't know much about triggers, how long do they usually stay in your system?

I'm not totally sure about the trigger. I didn't use it the last two times. It sounds like it could linger for anywhere from 5 to 14 days, I'm hoping for the shorter end!
