Belly hurts

hi guys!!

So im 7 months already and my belly has been acting up for the past 3days, everytime i eat something i feel like i have to go to the bathroom. I do go but it is very loose, sorry for all the info but if anyone has expierenced this do you have any tips ? Thank you

Peppermint tea is your best friend, yo. Also, the brilliant @jennjilljoite‌ is right: fiber is essential to staying regular (also greek yogurt, lots O' water, and steel cut oatmeal helps me).

Sounds like you have a little stomach bug. Shit happens. Drink lots of water to make sure you dont get dehydrated.

I agree with keeping hydrated. Call your doctor if this continues for a few days. Better safe than sorry.

Hydration and fiber. Nine times out of ten, when I call my doc or talk to her in office, my stomach pains are constipation. So I always make sure to check that before calling or asking about stomach pain.
