@souptin and others that I can't recall. I just made some amazing cookies. Chocolate chip peanut butter. They are extremely simple and even my DH was impressed.
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 c. Chocolate chips
Mix all together, roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten a little with fingers or spatula and bake for about 8 minutes.
Let cool for about 5 min on sheet then transfer to wire cooling rack.

How does that even happen? its like toilet paper in my house...not something we would EVER risk running low or *gasp* out of.
I think we generally keep at least 3 "safety" jars of it around....you know..just in case.
I even keep a jar in my locker at work!
So what peanut butter do you keep stocked? I have two favorites personally. ...and i can't remember the names of either. Holy crap. #-o
