Natural miscarriage question

I started mid carrying last night. I was spotting for a day, then the bleeding got heavier like a period with cramping. Last night I had intense cramping for a minute or two and then passed tissue. I felt better immediately so I thought that it was over. A few hours later I began contracting again and passed more tissue. This has been happening about every hour. I feel that this isn't normal, where is all of this tissue coming from? Just waiting for my doctors office to open so I can talk to someone. Also bleeding has increased a lot, about a pad an hour.

Began TTC 11/2012

Diagnosed as anovulatory 7/2013

Round #1 Clomid 50 mg 8/2013= BFN

Round#2 Clomid 50 mg 9/2013=BFN

First appointment with RE 9/27/2013

HSG showed left tube completely blocked, diagnosed with hypothyroid and began 50 mcg Synthroid, Vitamin D level low and began 2000 iu Vitamin D, Hubby's SA showed "super sperm" according to RE

Round#3 Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel trigger 10/2013= BFN

Round #4 Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel trigger 11/2013=BFN

Round #5 Clomid 50 mg (no trigger, on vacation) 12/2012= BFN

Round #1 Femara 2.5 mg, no trigger, IUI cancelled due to early ovulation 1/2014= BFN

1/25/2014= BENCHED for the first time (two leftover follies on the right)

2/7/14 Diagnosed with MTHFR/Benched

4/2014 Round #2 Femara 5mg, IUI #1=BFN

4/28/14 positive opk with no treatment while on break, confirmed with ultrasound= BFN

5/16/14 5mg Femara + trigger + TI=  BFN

6/2014 5mg Femara + trigger + TI= BFN

Awaiting IVF consultation appointment on 7/29/2014

8/8/14 Began BCP's to prep for IVF

9/16/14 Began Lupron injections

9/25/14 Began stimming for IVF #1 with Menopur and Bravelle

10/8/14 10 eggs retrieved

10/13/14 2 embryos transferred

10/21/14 BFP!!!

11/24/14 confirmed that baby stopped growing at 6 weeks, d&c scheduled

    Well I'm waiting at the office for an ultrasound and will see the doctor after. The cramping has stopped, but the bleeding has not. Bonus, I am sitting in a waiting room surrounded by pregnant women

    The ultrasound showed some tissue, but my doctor believes that I will pass it on my own before my previously scheduled d&c on Wednesday. If I don't, then I will go ahead with the surgery. Thankfully the bleeding has slowed down for now and the cramping isn't as bad. The hardest part of this whole experience was today having to see pregnant women. I could feel myself giving them dirty looks without even realizing it. I feel like the belly envy will never go away.

    I am so sorry for your loss. You may notice a grayish sac pass. My nurse described it as looking like chicken fat and I think that crudely does describe it best. You will know it when you see it. After you pass that, you should feel a lot better and the cramping should subside. What you are feeling with the cramps every hour can be thought of as a comparison to labor.

    Your dr should monitor your betas to 0. This will ensure that everything has passed.

    I am so sorry you had to sit with a bunch of pg women. It is so hard. You are not alone. (Hugs)

    I woke up today feeling better, physically. Bleeding has slowed significantly and cramping is pretty much gone. Emotionally, I am feeling numb. I'm hoping that each day gets a little easier, because right now it doesn't seem like it will. I'm putting on a happy face, but inside I'm dying. This was going to be the week that we were going to make our announcement. I would have been 10 weeks today :(

    I'm so sorry for your loss, take care of yourself. Cry or scream if you need to. It's been three weeks since my miscarriage and it does get easier but I still cry a few times a day and right now I don't want anything to do with pregnant women either.

    I'm sorry for your loss.
    Together since April 2004.  Married since June 19th, 2010.
     BFP #1: January 31st 2012: CP. 
     BFP #2: June 1st 2012, Due:2/8/13. Avery was born via unplanned c section on 2/13/13. 
     BFP #3: Sept. 25th, 2014. Due: 6/5/15.  MMC on 10/23/14. Confirmed complete molar pregnancy per D&C 10/29/14, 
    HCG officially negative 12/10/14.  Benched until June 2015.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. Mine was natural at 10 weeks and I had the severe cramping and large clots for 8 hours straight in the ER. I finally passed it and my Dr tracked my betas to 0 with a follow up u/s.

    I know it doesn't seem like it but it does get easier. You may never forget it and there will be triggers (like pregnant women in tje OB office) but it does get a bit better. *hug*
    I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.
