Hello all,
I've been lurking for a few months now, and figured I would introduce myself. My husband and I have been married since July 2011, and have been TTC since April 2013. I met with my OB back in April 2014, and fully trusted her, but from talking with others, decided to go see an RE in August of 2014. We did some testing to find out that my husband SA came back perfect, but she thinks I have a slight case of PCOS. I've had irregular periods since I was younger, which leads her to believe I may not be ovulating every month. I started my first round of clomid in November, and ovulated, but I had a BFN on my first beta which was Saturday. So upsetting to me, but onto another round this month. From the posts I've read, you girls are an amazing support system. Unfortunately we are all here, but it's good to talk with people who understand and are compassionate about this sometimes difficult topic.

I'm very sorry you find yourself here, and the negative beta results (creepy HUGS from an internet stranger), but welcome! Kuddos to you for making the decision to seek care from an RE, rather than your OB.

September 2014 DH Repeat SA after being on clomid for 3 months 42 Mil Count, Motility 36%, Morph 2%
October 2014 Me: Hashimoto's DX, DH taken off clomid;November 2014 Me: new RE PCOS IR Diagnosis
December 2014: IUI #4 Follitism 75iu 7 days, TI, IUI & Progesterone, BFMFN
January 2015: IUI #5 Gonal-F 75iu 7 days, TI, IUI & Progesterone, Another BFMFN onto IUI #6

2 HSG tests: Right tube is blocked, possible endo.
TSH elevated, started Synthroid 25 mg daily.
October, 2014: Femara 5 mg + TI ---> 3 follies on blocked tube side ---> BFN
November, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI#1--2 follies (on the good side), 46 mil. motile sperm=BFN
Nov-Dec 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #2 (1 follie, 76 mil. motile sperm) + Endometrin=BFN
January, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #3 (1 follie, 38 mil. motile sperm)=???
New RE appt. scheduled for 1/14.
