Sudafed is safe, just a few doses. The "real" kind is better than the psedosudafed. Ask the pharmacist. Nasal saline rinses. Throat lozenges. Zytrrc, Benadryl, and Claritin.

Drink lots of fluids,use a saline solution nasal rinse (ie Neti pot or NeilRinse), get lots of rest.

My OB allows Mucinex. Call your doctor to be 100% though.
