Leaking?!?

ive been using my blueberry AIObpockets for two months now with my almost 3 mo. Every diaper I've put on him today have leaked around the legs. Is this a sign that I need to strip or have them too loose?

Are they the AIOs or pockets? Is the diaper completely soaked?

Sorry. I'm an idiot. They are OS pockets. Not AIO pockets. No one has used cream on them and they feel just as wet as before. Nothing has changed except they leak now.

What is your wash routine? Do they smell?

I do a cold rise, heavy duty hot wash and an extra rinse. They smell just ever so slightly like sweet baby poo. I have to really work to smell it though.

Our Blueberry diapers tend to develop gaps around the legs after the insert (a flat) gets wet. I think because it's heavier when wet and it makes the elastic stretch a bit.

I haven't noticed this issue with any other brands of diapers, just the Blueberry ones.

Maybe i's got something to do with the way the sew their leg elastics, I dunno.

When they work right, I love the blueberry diapers, but at least for my kid, they don't work right most of the time.

It sounds like you also have the potential for a problem with your washing routine, but that might not be what's causing the leaks in this case.
