So i had to get my finger X-rayed because it is likely broken and its what my doctor ordered. I'm 8w3d....They freaked me out about it through the whole process the way they made such a big deal over me being an expectant mother and needing this done. I needed to sign a waver and everything and therefore felt unsure of it all (And was hesitant at first)They informed me that there's a small risk involved. I went ahead and did it anyway......Should i be worried???
PS
I was double shielded for added protection so that makes me feel extra good
Re: No choice but to get an X-ray
Also, she told me that back in the day they used to do abdominal X-rays on expectant mothers to see how much their pelvis had spread, so pleanty of people have survived that just fine.
