    Those look awesome!  Definitely going to have to try some.  I love slow cooker meals!  These are the sites that I like for my slow cooker meals:


    I like to take a weekend day and make a bunch of them and then throw them in the freezer for weekday/lazy day meals.

    A lot of recipes do use that, but I've found work arounds for that.  We can't do the "cream of ___ " soups because they all have soy and DH is allergic to soy.  Often if you use the organic soups they turn out really well, if not better, because they lack a lot of the preservatives and chemicals.

    I refuse to use cream of anything soup (except green bean casserole) and use my crock pot several times a week! The recipes have become much more sophisticated.

    You guys are awesome, looks like I'll be checking out Pinterest soon. I will admit to not minding cream of ---- soup. I love me a casserole now and then!

    I made a great wild rice soup in mine this week and have been viewing to use it more. Of you girls that have numerous recipes in your rotation for this, do you have a favorite? One you swear by? I have yet to find one that wad more than ok. The convenience factor upped some to good but nothing fabulous.

    @spainy17 the links that I posted earlier have a bunch that are in permanent rotation in our house, especially the chicken taco soup!!  Yum!  I'm actually doing a crockpot day tomorrow.  I go and get the ingredients for about 10-12 meals, put them together and then throw them in the freezer.  Then when I want to make them, I get them out of the freezer the night before and throw them in the crockpot in the morning.  So easy!

    My favorite is chicken and potatoes (regular or sweet) mixed with a cup of honey mustard and a tsp of Rosemary.

    Second favorite is maple bacon chili:
    Maple flavored baked beans
    A pound of cooked ground meat
    Some brown sugar
    Some diced up cooked bacon
    Chili powder
    Ketchup
    Honey bbq sauce
    A chopped up onion
