I know we've had this discussion several times before but I was just curious since Christmas/our LO's birthdays are coming up as to clothing sizes/preferences?

What size is your LO in?

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most?

What size is your LO in? It depends, we're moving into mainly 2T-but she can still wear some 18-24 months and even just 18 months (though those are getting shorter and tighter, I'm starting to pack those away)

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? I'm a big fan of Old Navy and Gymboree. I know Gymboree can be pricey but I always shop with coupons and points and when things are on sale and I tend to get good deals. For example, I bought DD, my nephew and niece PJs for Christmas for $10 a piece, plus used a coupon I had for more money off. I love Old Navy's clothes because they're stylish and affordable and not too cheesy/gaudy.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? Though I still like Carter's, I'm not buying it as much. She isn't quite in their 2T stuff and the 24 months is starting to get small. I also have never loved the Children's Place. It doesn't seem to work well with DD's body type.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? Right now she can still fit into the fleece blanket sleepers I bought on super sale at Sam's (which is like Costco, I know some of you guys don't have it in your parts). But they're 18 months and getting snug. I just got her a cute pair of fleece 2 piece PJs from Gymboree. That will be her Christmas Eve present.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? I LOVE the independently owned Etsy shops. If I had all the money in the world I would only buy from small business shops, but it gets pricey. I did splurge a little (though I used Black Friday discount codes) on this shirt for DD. As she gets older I am more and more into the hipper clothing and less into the cutesy/baby stuff.

Ds wears 18-24 months & is kind of in between the two sizes. A lot of 18 doesn't fit anymore and most 24 still swallows him.

We buy most of our clothes at target, old navy, h&m, and crazy 8.

We have a lot of carters but they aren't my top pick for this age, they all seem very babyish since he is still in the infant sizes

Ben seems to sleep longer when he wears fleece footies. Probably because he doesn't get cold in the morning like the rest of our house gets. But cuteness wise I love the fitted 2 piece Jammie's- they just remind me of a big kid

My favorite splurge is shoes and hand knit beanies. I can't get over a baby tom

What size is your LO in? Mostly 18-24 months. He has a few 2T shirts, but no pants in that size.

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? I buy 95% of DS's clothes from consignment shops, however, every article of clothing is actually name brand. Most of his clothes are Gymberee, Children's Place, Gap, Old Navy or Ralph Lauren.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? When it comes to pants, the only thing I am picky about is that they MUST have the elastic pull tabs to make them skinnier or they all fall off.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? In the summer months we did two piece, but now that it's cold we do fleece footies for warmth.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? It's hard for me to call anything a splurge since I buy almost everything at consignment shops. I do have great consignment shops by me though. I am able to get Janie and Jack outfits and Mini Bodin outfits for under $10. The best finds are when they still have tags on them! I bought DS a pair of brand new LLbean snow boots for $3 at the consignment store.

What size is your LO in?

Yikes--3T. In pants, she can wear 2T, but shirts must be 3T and even those are too short, so she mostly wears tunics as shirts and dresses as tunics. Swimsuits are 4T.

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most?

Carters. Some Gap and Old Navy. Random cute second-hand things. Target fits well but I hardly make it there.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of?

Jumping Beans from Kohls--these must be for very thin kids.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? Zip footie from Carters. Both cotton and fleece.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? Mini Boden. I also buy expensive shoes like MoMo Baby, See Kai Run, Stride Rite--they work for us and others don't as much.

What size is your LO in? Mostly 24mos, although her 18mos leggings still fit, and she wears some 2t tops. Not sure what to get next...3t?

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? Carter's, Old Navy, other randoms.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? Not sure.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? Fleece footies. She doesn't keep a blanket on at night so she wears these, plus she still scratches her ankles sometimes so if we did two-piece it'd be top, bottom, probably a onesie, and socks. Too many damn pieces for bedtime, lol.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? Nice shoes, sometimes dresses...the expensive ones are so nice for church an whatnot but I know she's only going to wear them so many times so I rarely take the plunge.

What size is your LO in? 18-24 months. He's right in between sizes right now. He's pretty lean and on the taller side.

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? I buy a lot at the thrift store so the brands are random. If I bought more new I'd choose Carter's and Gap. They seem to fit his body type the best.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? Joe Fresh, they are really short and wide.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? Both two piece and footed. Not cold enough for fleece yet but it's getting there.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? Hoodies, sweaters and jackets! I know he doesn't need more but somehow I find a reason.

What size is your LO in? 18 to 24 month pants & 2T shirts, some 24 month shirts still fit, not many, they are too short!

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? I love Carter's! We also have Target, Joe Fresh and some Okie Dokie (spelling). And recently I've started to really like Arizona brand as well.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? We pretty much stick to the same brands, so I'm not sure. I like all the brands I have bought lately. When he was little I hated Gerber brand.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? Depends on the temps for the nights. So nights last week were in the single digits so I had him in fleece footed sleepers. Last night it only got down to 31 so he wore two piece Carter's cotton pj's and I put socks on him.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? I don't really splurge. I'm a frugal shopping and a lot of his clothes I bought off my friends second hand. I will shop at JcPenney and Younkers online when they have really good sales.

What size is your LO in? He's in 2T/3T shirts (for length) and is just growing out of 18-24M pants into 2T's, but the waists are SO huge on him that I have to get the adjustable and pull the crap out of the bands! I need to get him a belt!

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? Carter's and Children's Place - I really like the fit of Children's place. Carter's tends to have skinnier waists, though! Also mostly there because they both have an outlet near my house!

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? I don't have any huge no's, but probably because I buy almost all of his clothes at the above places.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? We have a combination of all but he's starting not to like the ones with feet. Children's place has pretty cool one-piece zip up PJ's that don't have feet, so I plan to stock up on those!

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? Dressy shirts! Bring me all of the adorable polos, sweaters, and dress shirts!

What size is your LO in? Exclusively 2T, although starting to lean towards needing 3T tops.

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? Carter's and Osh k'osh make up most of his clothes, but then again, those are hand me down's from DS#1. I don't really buy clothes in the smaller sizes unless I need something specific now.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? I hate Gerber. They are always a wierd size and don't last well. I'm also not a huge fan of Old Navy. I had a bunch with DS#1 that didn't make the cut to be saved for his brothers because they were so worn and falling apart.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? We do the footed and fleece pj's. We keep our house decently cold at night, and he is an active sleeper who won't keep a blanket on. It usually ends up under his head as a pillow.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? Probably shoes. Like I mentioned earlier, all of the clothes are hand me downs from DS#1 that are practically still in like new condition. Shoes are one thing that I will splurge to get new. When he wasn't really walking I'd do hand me downs, but now that he is walking and running and being harder on his shoes, it just seems like getting him new shoes is the right thing to do.

What size is your LO in? 2T and 3T tops. We can get away with some 24 month pants but he's moving into almost 2T exclusively.

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? I buy a lot on consignment and we get a lot of hand-me-downs from my sister's kids but Old Navy is probably where I buy most of his clothes if I buy them brand new.

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? I'm not a huge fan of The Children's Place and Oshkosh is really hit or miss.

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? I love the two piece sets! He does wear the fleece footed ones on colder nights though.

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? I just spent $30 on a "I'm Going to be a Big Brother" shirt on Etsy! Definitely more than I would ever spend a t-shirt but it was a special occasion so why not?

We are putting her exclusively in 2T, some ofher stuff is a little bit big. I love the adjustable waist pants, I pull the crap out of the elastic and they fit her little butt well. We love Carters and not so much oshkosh.

What size is your LO in? 24mos- 2t but can still fit most 18 months pjs...the pants are too short....and her normal 18months clothes are summery, but i'm sure she can still fit in them if i tried....

What brands do you like/tend to buy the most? old navy, carters, target, disney- anything with minnie or mickey, children's place

What brands don't fit well/you aren't a big fan of? love stuff from children's place, but i feel like it runs a little smallish at times

What type of PJs (footed? two piece, fleece)? can't be bothered with snaps or zippers or feet...she wears 2 pieces or this one nightgown she loves

What is your favorite clothing splurge for your LO? non sale clothes from the disney store....too pricey, but some of their stuff is so cute...and right now? she only wears minnie or mickey
