I'm so sorry for your loss. And TTC can be a serious mindfuck. Have you joined the TWW threads to help vent your frustrations? You'll find a lot of support there.
I'm sorry for your loss. It can take a healthy couple up to a year to concieve. If you are past that point consider talking to your ObGyn about a referral to a Reproductive Endocrinologist.

I get it... been there. You need to not put so much pressure on yourself to be pregnant by X or you will fall deeper into the bummed place. Take the advice above and also get a hobby. Try to keep busy - plan a trip! I threw myself into planning an awesome weekend to Charleston and it gave me something to look forward to. The important part is to try to give yourself a break Hang in there, darlin'...
Since you have been trying almost a year, it would be appropriate to ask for a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. (While OBs mean well, they dont provide proper infertility treatment). But while you wait for an appointment, read a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility, visit Fertilityfriend.com and start charting your temps. Good luck.
I am so sorry for your loss. In Sep, I had a CP it was heart breaking. We took a month off and are back at it but I am not doing the things I was doing like temping and charting, which probably isn't smart but I still have this "fear" of getting myself too worked up and DH asked me to just "go with the flow" for a few months so I don't get too wrapped around the axles with TTC. Just keep in mind that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant. I know its hard, but don't let this loss get to you too badly. Also, you have really good advice here, I just wanted to share my whatever with you and tell you to not lose hope. (HUGS)
So sorry for your loss. I think PP's pretty much covered advice. I hope that your stay here is short and that you're able to get some answers. Good luck!

For most insurance companies the year starts over if you've been pregnant, even if it ends in loss. If there are repeat losses it changes, but for just one loss it usually starts over.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
I'm so sorry you feel so frustrated disappointed. I definitely can identify. We also had a CP in October and it was very disheartening. PP's have given excellent suggestions for temping, especially making sure you keep it consistent (same time, vaginal > mouth, Mabis). I would try to stay away from making deadlines for yourself, unless it's the one year mark, which you are getting close to. Hang in there and my thoughts are with you!
