Sorry I've been MIA but we have all been sick for two weeks. My daughter got it first and she bounced back after two days. For some reason it hit me really hard. My husband has had the congestion and cough but he didn't get all the aches like I did. Anyway, after one rebound episode which also lasted two days, my daughter seems completely over it...I am finally improving although the junk in my chest won't completely go away.

In the midst of this we celebrated my daughter's first birthday. She was born last year on Thanksgiving. So I've been all kinds of emotional on top of being sick. My baby is now a toddler. Sniff sniff.

    I feel for you! We had a stomach bug go through our house one by one the weekend before thanksgiving and its brutal being sick and still having to be a parent.

    Happy birthday to your DD and congrats on making it through year one with her! She is adorable btw! I completely understand the emotions of your baby growing up. My DS turns 1 in two weeks and I'm not prepared to accept that quite yet.

    Thanks guys! @KMKaiser07‌ I hope it's not as hard for you as it's been for me, I've been so emotional and I've had mad baby fever. It caught me by surprise, I didn't expect it to be like this! Luckily my daughter is doing all kinds of adorable things this week to keep me cheery. :)
