Holy shit.
In 30ish cycles of TTC including 2 clomid IUIs, 1 IVF, 1 IVF cycled converted to IUI, 1 IVF canceled and zero pregnancies, somehow I got pregnant the old fashioned way. It is the biggest and greatest surprise of my life.
As is consistent with my DOR dx, my cycles are short. They have been 26 days since forever, but recently started becoming 24 days in what I thought was the beginning of the end. I also just started (and I do mean just started) taking DHEA and coq10 and making the changes recommended in It Starts With the Egg. When AF didn't arrive on the 26th day (this past Saturday), I started thinking maybe the changes had lengthened my cycles. When it wasn't here on Sunday, my mind started going crazy.
I found an old wondfo and peed on it. Literally just peed on it...didn't dip it like you are supposed to. I got no lines which I took as a sign to stop acting so foolishly.
Last night, I was unpacking a box (we just settled on our new home 3 weeks ago), and found a FRER and promptly peed on it. I literally could not believe my eyes. I had instantaneous boob sweat and was shaking like a leaf. I ran downstairs and said to DH, "Wanna hear something nutty?" He looked panicked, so I quickly said, "You've got a pregnant wife."
We just stared at the darn thing forever. He kept asking me, "So...we had sex and you ovulated?" The whole thing is so foreign. He went out and got me more things to pee on and a gift:a bag of decaf coffee. FWIW: The "Careone" brand of HPT sold at Giant is terrible, but it did confirm the FRER.
Based on my calculations, Ronniesbaby is due on 8/11/15. I'm waiting to hear back from my nurse, but I can't imagine that my old RE won't see me and run betas. If all goes well, we will be a new house new baby cliche.
I know that I am far from out of the woods, but if something goes wrong I'd share it anyhow. You all are the absolute best IF friends a girl could ever ask for and I am forever grateful to have been here. My IF friends have guided me through terribly murky waters, made me smarter and stronger, and gave me hope when I couldn't muster any. I'm feeling a Bette Midler/Celine Dion hybrid song coming on.
Seriously, how in the world would I have gotten through this alone?

Beta 1 is 183. I'm somewhere between 14 and 16 dpo, so this is fine, but I'm worrying. Beta 2 isn't until Friday.
Beta 2 is 809. Praise the Lord! This is a doubling time of ~ 32 hours. Next beta on Monday!

Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).
