TTM about flying alone with a toddler

My cousin in Miami keeps inviting me to stay with her for a few days. She has a daughter 10 months younger than mine. Usually I'm not a big fan of staying with people however I just think in this case it would be more fun. My husband can't go, my mom is being difficult about it, so I'm debating just going by myself with my daughter. Thoughts?

ETA I haven't flown in five years and my daughter is too so I think that's why am a little nervous about it. It would be a three hour flight for me.

    I've done solo flights with DS. It's exhausting, I'm not going to lie. But you can do it! Special snacks, talking to them about what to expect, and make sure you arrive at the airport with a little extra time.

    Totally doable. Yes to the above especially snacks. I flew solo with my kids often at that age. Don't be shy to ask for accommodations or help when you need it.

    I will be flying alone with a a 2 year old in a couple of weeks. I honestly don't think it's so bad. DD was  18 months old the last time we took a flight.

    You can do it! I flew a bunch alone with DS1 from when he was a baby until 2 and now I have flown by myself with both kids. Honestly, the worst part was lugging all of our crap. Bring some naughty treat like M&Ms in case he gets really upset. Otherwise, just follow pps advice for snacks, tablet and cheap new toys and you will be fine. Also, edited to say, that people are really nice! I had a grandmother sitting next to us that held my baby so I could use the restroom on one flight, people offer to carry my bag and a flight attendant once took DS1 up into the cockpit when he was 19 month and texted me the pics of him sitting with the pilot!

    Just make sure you have plenty of things to keep her entertained with, and you'll fine. Some of her favorite snacks, even some sweets to bribe her with. Movies always helps too. When taking off and landing give her food, so she has something to chew on, it'll help with the popping of the ears.
