Night sickness instead of Morning?

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days. I haven't experienced any morning sickness. I had my first ultra sound Tuesday and Everyhing is great and healthy! Although, last night I just felt so nauseous and then I vomited. So wierd ! I do sometimes feel nauseous but it's usually at night. Tonight I'm feeling it again! Anyone else experiencing this happening at night rather than in the morning ? :)

  • This is me as well, but the morning has kicked up recently too. Check out the daily symptoms thread and you will see how common this is :)

  • Thank you! I'm still
Trying to figure out this app! Lol ;)
  • I have to eat more in the evenings. It almost feels like my stomach gets empty faster in the evenings and I have to snack more. That may help you as well.

  • I have night sickness too. I'm great all day until 3pm and then I feel like poo. I haven't actually thrown up but definitely feel like I'm going to. :|
  • I got a prenatal vitamin with ginger in it and I try to drink ginger tea at least twice a day....I havent thrown up yet but everyday I have to figure out what I can and cannot eat, if the baby doesn't like it I get nauseous on the first bite and as long as I stop eating it im fine....am I the only one going through this and do the prenatal vitamins with ginger prevent nausea?
  • My also starts up around 4 until bed time : /
  • I am worse at night after dinner. I have recently started getting sick upon waking up. Need to get out of bed slowly these days!
  • Mine too starts around 3-4, normally after my mid day nap. Also, I feel queasy often if I wake up mid night and can't fall back asleep.

  • Mine hits me around 2 pm, and lasts through the evening. Not strong enough to vomit, but lingering. It sucks though, because around 4 I get FAMISHED and I never know what I'll be able to eat. Hoping this is only a first tri thing!!
  • Yep. Mine hits me the hardest around 4 pm to midnight. NOTHING is helping me though.
  • I am having the same problem. Some days it's in the morning, some days it's in the afternoon- like today... I've felt bad since around 3. And some days I'm fine! Not strong enough to get sick... Just bad waves of nausea. I'm fine when I eat something but as soon as I finish eating the waves come back. Hoping it passes soon :(.
  • Mine is about 4 or 5 until I fall asleep I like to drink clear pop that seems to help alot but yeah I'm ok all day until the evening.
  • Omg sameeee here! All I do is get sick at night !! And then I have to eat more to help me not get sick again ! Mornings I feel great !
  • Thank you for this thread! My nausea happens around 2 pm and is on and off all night! I feel awesome in the AM!
  • All of my pgs have been night m/s. Good news is I can function through work. Bed news is I'm a crappy mom to my 3 year old. Last pg I used zofran which was amazing. My m/s is just picking up, I'll be requesting it at my dr appt on Monday.

  • I feel a little off and have to be careful what I eat/drink in the morning and it gets worse and worse as the day goes on. By evening I'm in rough shape.
  • Same for me. Mine comes on around 2/3pm for about 12 hours every day. I feel the worst in the evenings. I've started taking a multi B vitamin and that helps a little. Icy cold water also helps. It's a relief come 4 or 5am when I know I'll get a few hours to feel normal. I try to get all my errands done in the mornings now as I just want to lay down and whine in the afternoons! Poor DH must be so sick of me. But I feel like I'm on a boat with a hangover all afternoon & evening.
  • With DS I threw up consistently on my way out the door to work between 6:45-7:00am. I'd make it past the bathroom and have to stop at the kitchen sink. With this one, it hits me nightly around 8pm. Not sure which is easier to deal with. It's all crummy :-(
