Breast weirdness??

So this is my second pregnancy - my first is 15 years old. I am 20 weeks and all of a sudden I am having that feeling like my breasts are going to "let down". It's not painful (yet) just that sensation of "uh oh here it comes" and just like that the sensation is gone. Nothing comes out of my nipples just to make that clear as well. I just had my dr appt and it's super hard to get a hold of her just to ask this question. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't remember this happening in my first pregnancy and I've googled stuff and it look like it happens to women who are way further along than I. Just want to make sure I'm not fully losing my mind :)

    I've been having similar feelings for a while now. I'm terrified they're just going to just start gushing one day :(

    To make matters worse I have breast implants that I've had for 7 years. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it too. My breasts are so flippin large they are still bigger than my bump!! And yes maybe I should go buy a box!
