    We do Chinese food and the movies every year too. Can't break with a tradition.

    The book "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal" explains why Jews eat Chinese food on Jesus' birthday every year. I highly recommend the read :D

    Quite a few of my friends from childhood are Jewish. I don't remember them eating Chinese on Christmas but they ALWAYS went to a movie that night. They also all had Christmas trees up around the holidays.

    @doribeth851‌ my family is Christian but does the same thing every year on Xmas! Lol. After a morning of lounging and opening gifts we hit up the Chinese buffet and a movie.
