diarrhoea and 10 weeks pregnant

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and had a spell of diarrhoea this morning. It was only 2 episodes I've had nothing since. Do yous think everything is okay?? I'm paranoid with everything lol

    Hello. This would be a great post for our daily symptoms thread. And you can search the boards for diarrhea and you'll find other women experiencing the same symptom. Good luck.

    It's a possible pregnancy symptom (as is the...opposite). 

    Also, stomach bugs are pretty rampant right now -- I went through it recently myself. Any other symptoms? Fever? Achy?

    Just keep hydrated and eat what you can.

    There's no other symptoms just that this morning. Even though I've been feeling hungry I've been scared to eat but just preparing a salad now. Thank you very much x
