spotting after ultrasound

I have some creamy red brown spotting. It started after my ultrasound at 8 weeks. Also i have dull cramps/achiness. Is this normal?

    Spotting and cramping after an ultrasound is very common.

    Checking in with the exact same situation... After an ultrasound on the 18th of November, I spotted for several days. My best friend / doula calmed me down when it freaked me out. She said that since I spotted that time, I'd be likely to have some anytime they do vaginal exams. Just lots more going on in there and it's sensitive.

    Whew feeling a little better reading this :) as I am in the exact same boat from yesterday. Dr isn't concerned said to call back if it increases. It's been very minimal but still I was really upset at first.

    Very normal. It's even normal to have spotting after sex, exercise or heavy lifting. I had an ultrasound yesterday and im having brown spotting today. It's a bit scary but my doctor warned me of that during the vaginal ultrasound.
