Every year for the past 15 years, my step daughter and I have a Cookie making day to give out to neighbors, and family & friends. We are looking to add 1 or 2 more types of cookies to our list. Here is the list that we make currently...
Cut out cookies
No Bake
Chocolate Mint
Chocolate Rolo
Chocolate Truffle
Snickerdoodle
Buckeyes
Peanut Butter Blossoms
*Yes there is a lot of peanut butter and chocolate on the list
Any other suggestions for what we can add to this list?
Thanks!
Re: When you think of Christmas Cookies, what types do you think of?
I'm too lazy to bake.
What are Italian Wedding Cookies? Do you have a link to the recipe you use by chance?

My mom always makes me Cathedral Cookies. They are my fave at Christmas!
We'll have
Chocolate fudge
Peanut butter fudge
Sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles
Fruitsnaps (soft gingersnaps with glacé cherries and raisins)
Blonde bourbon fruitcake
Chocolate mint crinkles or mint merengues
I'm going to try pineapple upside down cake cookies for the first time this year. The recipe was in the Rachel Ray magazine last month.
And I usually make a batch of reindeer crunch at some point (corn chex, pretzel sticks, m&ms covered in white chocolate)
