DS had been throwing up every hour since 1 am He can't keep any liquids down and it's to the point that he just dry heaves. He will take a few sips of water and then shortly after throw it right back up. I'm really concerned about him becoming dehydrated. His doc office opens in about 20 mins and I will call then, but does anyone have any suggestions. I just tried giving him a popsicle, but he refused to even try to eat it because he doesn't want to throw up again.
Thanks ladies! The doc fit us in this morning. She gave him zofran immediately in the office and a prescription to get more just in case. DS hadn't thrown up since. He is still feeling crummy, but he has kept down some pedialite. He also peed so the risk of dehydration and a trip to the ER has passed! We have been having a lazy day snoozing on the couch and watching Christmas movies!
Re: Is there anything I can do?...stomach bug related
