(Procedure Update) Can I pull a chair up?

Thank you so much ladies for the love. The d&c is over now and doc said it went really well, and this time the tissue looks normal with no signs of moles. I could have kissed her. The first thing I said to her was "I want Mexican food."
DH has been great taking care of me. The emotional side of it all hasn't quite hit me but I expect it to soon, as I remember from last time. Last night I was in a very dark place. I see my therapist Saturday.
I have a consult with an RE Tuesday. I'm hoping he's a good fit.

Hi Ladies, <div>It is with a heavy heart that I pull up a chair here after our second loss this year. We are very sad, as we were so optimistic this time, but we would be lying if we didn't think it was a real possibility. I have my D&C tomorrow, and we begin RPL testing after that. We're hoping were not benched for too long, but are going to take the time we need to heal and look for some possibly reasons as to why this keeps happening.
The history....
In Feb '14 we got pregnant. We were thrilled to be parents. At our 8 week appt, we discovered a blighted ovum. I was sent home to miscarry but never did. I opted for a D&C because I just wanted to be over with it. Pathology reported it was a molar pregnancy with twin gestations. We were then benched. After the benched was burned we got pregnant again on the first try. I went in at 4 weeks to confirm pregnancy via bloodwork. At 6 weeks, we saw the HB via ultrasound. At 10.5 weeks we went in again to find that the fetus stopped growing shortly after 6 weeks - no HB. From the looks of it, my OB is pretty certain it is a missed miscarriage, however, the D&C will let us know the prognosis for sure.
At the advice of many, I'm going to begin searching for an RE. My OB is great and I'm confident in her, but I'm ready for the next step in our journey.
I'm looking forward to giving support because we're all on the same jouney here. In my heart I know that I will be a mother one day, and my hope is that we all are - however, and whatever roads we have to take.
Also - Thank you @meredithcarole for the starting the hug train. It made me cry this morning to see all the love <3.

I am also one that recently took the leap to see an RE, as hard as it was. Good luck!
