More controversy: Choke hold Case

So, this seems very cut and dry, but it doesn't seem to be getting the same reaction or maybe I have just not read enough news.....thoughts?  I don't understand why he was not indicted?  Choke holds are not permited, the ME ruled it a homicide, he was just selling cigarettes illegally.....are there missing details?  Or maybe there is an outcry I have just not read about yet?  

We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013.  We love her to pieces.  

We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011.  She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

    Good point, I forgot it was just out today.  I guess it just seemed like the case had not had the same news up until now, but maybe it has and I have just not been paying attention.  We had a high needs foster baby and sick toddler for a couple weeks and it was all I could do to maintain my sanity, much less read the news.

    I hadn't heard about this. That's awful. I can't believe the officer went after him like that.... how horrible. I don't even have words.

    That entire scenario makes me sick and I cannot believe he wasn't indicted.
