Welp. Two and a half years TTC and a little over a year on this community and I think I'm finally ready to call it - we are pregnant! We made the leap to IVF in October and transferred two blasts on Nov 2nd. I tested at home and have had two good betas, but I knew it wouldn't start feeling real until I saw them on ultrasound. We had our first today at 6w6d. BOTH of our little beans stuck! Neither the RE or I have seen the "official" report (we traveled for IVF so did not go back to RE for u/s) but the ultrasonographer was great and showed us the two beautiful little sacs, the yolk sacs, fetal poles, and heartbeats and verbally per her, things look good.
I have no rational reasons to worry, but I'm going to do it anyway. We are thrilled, grateful, and terrified! DH is already talking names and baby room plans. I am still just thinking "holy shit, this is real!" and "how the hell are we going to take care of TWO tiny humans?"
I have been at best a semi-regular poster on 3T. Even so, I cannot begin to express how important this community has been to me. I stumbled on here knowing only enough to be dangerous, and lurked and learned. I learned the round of clomid I did was stupid. I learned what an RE was. I started posting and found release in venting (and/or throat punching) my frustrations and took comfort in knowing I wasn't alone in this shitty struggle called infertility. I'm gonna miss you all, but join the ranks of lurking grads. I pray you all get to be parents soon.
Shout out to my sock buddy, @lindy04aggie. I wore my sweet 3D socks to every appointment I could! The last exchange was perfectly timed right before my IVF.

Yayyyyyy!!!! Come on over to PAIF! Those first few weeks are rough, right when you're expecting to be jubilant but all you can do is worry. I've been there, and happy to be a sounding board when the crazies start getting overwhelming!
Once the shock of twins wears off, I know lots of MoMs are over on PAIF and the Multiples board for support and information. How exciting!!!

FIRST IUI May 2014: 100 mg Clomid days 5-9, third ultrasound CD 13 revealed four follicles 27, 24 and 20 and 13mm. Trigger shot May 28 with IUI May 29 and 30 (fingers crossed) - BFN started spotting 11DPO
IUI #2 B2B 6/23 and 6/24, three mature eggs and 130 million sperm! FX this is the month! BFN 7/8
3rd cycle benched due to cysts - TI with OPK tests - BFN
3rd mediated cycle: Clomid+Trigger+TI (three follies left side, one on right as usual....what the hell right ovary get it together and produce some damn follicles!) 7DPO progesterone level 43 with NO suppositories YAY for a natural strong ovulation. Beta canceled started spotting 13DPO - Third time is not a CHARM! 14 day cycle WTF! Everything looks normal - RE wants to start injectables next cycle so this cycle I'm benched
Officially benched until March....but still plan on trying the baking soda douche due to my excessive and thick CM

May 2014- First medicated cycle, 2.5mg femara+TI; BFN
June 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI on 6/18= BFP on 6/28!; C/P on 7/3
July 2014- 2.5mg femara + IUI #2 on 7/18. Starting progesterone 7/23, bfn
August 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI # 3 on 8/15. BFN

TTGP January Siggy Challenge: Workout Fails
Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!
I am panicking again about going to IVF, your post gives me some encouragement!
