  I think she made up the whole exchange. My parents both worked full time my entire life, and I just don't buy that overwrought story about the kid being so devastated to have a busy mom.

  Condescending and not that ground-breaking. Really, kids notice their moms are busy and frazzled from being overworked? "There must be a better way!" says the infomercial.
