so after following the rules for once, (yay me!) I can finally Intro (unfortunately). My name is Gina, I am a Peds RN. MH and I have been together almost 8 years and married almost 4. We started trying for our first lo about a year into our marriage. Really thought I would get ku the first month Ha!
So we have a 16 month old lo who took us about 1 and a half years to conceive with the help of famera and a hsg and ti. Our ob told us not to wait if we wanted more los. Me being naive thought I would be a fertile myrtle after giving birth so we tried HA! Granted I didn't get my first pp period until I started weaning at 9 months. We waited for 3 cycles which were all about 35 days with a lp of anywhere to 10-11 days. My ob pushed us into seeing an re. She agreed to do another hsg( I had my appendix out 2 weeks pp, and I guess any surgery has the risk of scar tissue) which was open and start us on famera again. She said to come back in 3 months if we weren't pregnant (I know unmonitored, we're bad, but everything is oop). Month 4 of my medicated cycle came along and we decided that we are going to up the ante. We did a sa and an iui. The sa showed crappy morph(Kruger score of 0) and borderline everything else. My mid cycle us showed 1 mature follie and a lining of 7.5(borderline low). We went ahead with the iui and it was an awful 2ww and af showed up 2 days early ( which I guess is better than late, but makes my lp only 13 days, which is better than it had been). So we are trying famera again with a trigger. We go for the Us on Friday and I guess we should trigger sat and iui Sunday. They said 36 hours after we trigger we will do the iui. I don't check my bbt bc my 16 month old still is a crappy sleeper. But I do opk and will usually surge around day 15. As far as the sa, we have started some vitamins and made Dh cut caffeine out and drink more h2o. Hes limited to what we can do bc of his extensive medical history and chronic conditions. Bottom line is we are a hot mess. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Semi nervous about the trigger

December 2014: IVF #1. Microdose Lupron protocol. 9R, 9M, 9F. 3 5-day blasts transferred 12/15. BFFN.
August 2015: IVF #3. 14R, 13M, 11F. Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing. 3 normals. FET planned for 10/2015.

BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

Just curious because you'd mentioned being nervous about it. I did kind of mess up my first trigger shot (Pregnyl). I think Ovidrel is easy to use, though (even though, yes, it hurts afterwards).
