Gift: practical or sentimental

I've gotten a couple little gifts for dh, one thing he needs and one tht he wants, but I plan to get him one more. I can't decide between the grooming kit he said he could use or a Donkey Kong game for the old Nintendo NES system he got this year (that was his favorite game as a kid). Both would cost about $15, so that's not a consideration. I just can't decide if I should do practical or fun. WWYD?

    I'd say both. Cause he prob needs the practical anyway so why not wrap it. And get the video game as something fun. I went with 2 practicals so far but things he wouldn't have just gotten. A new backpack and a handsfree for his phone...

    I got my DH something he wants (football jersey), something he needs (gloves) and something that I think he needs (Leatherman). Plus the stuff in his stocking. So I do a bit of both.
