i have used pampers swaddlers since DS was born. Over the past few weeks we have had atleast one if not more massive blowouts a day. At first I thought it was from the antibiotic he was on but we stopped that a week ago and he is still have massive poops. Not as runny/ diarreaha like since he stopped the antibiotic but still a mess!
I am pretty sure they are the right size, we are on size 3. Do I need to switch to the crusiers since the little guy is always on the move?
We do pampers baby dry all day and night instead of just night now and he never leaks, very infrequently poops out of the diaper. We have moved up to size 4 now though.
How big are your LOs that you are going up to size 4? I thought my DD was big - she is 20 lbs and was 28" at her 6-month appt, but she is still solidly in size 3.
Since she is on solid foods we don't have to worry so much about the blow out poops though.
At night we do Baby Drys and I have had no issues with leaking.
Why cruisers at night? I thought they were for crawling. We haven't tried cruisers yet, but use swaddlers 3 all the time. She only blows out when she is only getting BM and no solids. I thought I would have a lot longer in size 3s as STMs led me to believe, but we may get to 4s soon.
@mom2boxers - it is funny you say that about the baby drys. We just started using them recently and a few times in the MOTN I thought DD had pooped but it was just the smell of the wet diaper.
I just have to comment that Liam still uses size 2 (at 7.5 months and roughly 15 and a half pounds) so it's crazy to hear you talk of size FOUR (or 5!)

@*sparky* DS is 31" and 19lbs 10oz at his last appointment over a month ago. We tend to have a length issue where his bum crack hangs out the top and he starts blowing out the back and sides. He's just so long. Once the blowouts start happening frequently we bump up. Although we've been in size 4's for almost 2 months...solids have helped keep things in
