I'm pregnant with my third baby and with baby 1 & 2 I was very adamant about only sleeping on my left side because I read in one of my books that baby gets better blood flow from the mother. Well with this being my third, I've been less worried about sleeping on my left and have been sleeping on my right. Needless to say I'm much more laid back about "the rules" with this pregnancy. Idk but I am.
What are your thoughts on this??
Re: Do you lay only on your left side? Or both?
I occasionally still wake up on my stomach but it isn't comfortable.
My BFP Chart
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

I also tell myself that women the world over, throughout history, have been having tons of babies sleeping on mats, floors, and mattresses in every position imaginable. I think I'll be ok for a few hours a night on my right.
