We've got an incredibly busy week this week with Christmas program, Santa pictures, and me working late.
M - ranch turkey burgers T - meatballs and caesar salad W - something easy in the crockpot Th- tacos F - DH gets to figure it out because I'm going to the Justin Timberlake concert (woot woot) S - ? S - ?
I don't have the days planned, but I did a ton of cooking/prep over the weekend. I made lasagna, chicken noodle soup, and a chicken and brown rice casserole, so that's several lunches and dinners right there. I also have salad stuff prepped and precooked chicken strips for the nights when we just want something light.
Monday-homemade pizza and salad (maybe salad pizza!) Tuesday-dinner for my nephews bday at my brothers Wednesday-I am out for work, DH and DS are having tacos Thursday-Crockpot chicken enchiladas Friday something quick and easy/town tree lighting Saturday out to dinner with friends.
We've got buffalo chicken salad sandwiches with sweet potato fries, pulled pork, and chorizo/black beans/sweet potato skillet on the menu this week. I usually only plan on 3-4 meals per week and then we eat leftovers the other nights. Makes life easier.
chorizo/black beans/sweet potato skillet sounds really good. Do your girls eat it?
Sunday-- turkey chili mac Monday-- homemade pizza Tuesday--fish sticks, broccoli, bow tie pasta Wednesday--penne with sausage and white beans Thursday--some kind of curry w/rice Friday--not sure yet, maybe fish Saturday--pulled pork from freezer, baked beans, fries.
