    I'm trying to get inventive with soup because everyone in my house has the flu. Today was tomato basil bacon with sour cream. It was delicious! I'm the only one not sick so...wine for dessert!!

    I had a pork chop, redskin potatoes and broccoli (leftovers from the dinner DH cooked last night). Later I had some sour cream and onion potato chips and chocolate milk. Nothing like healthy nighttime snacking.

    How big was your turkey to begin with?  We had a 10 pounder and that fed 16 people.  But half of them were vegetarians, hmmm.  Seems like I've drunk stumbled into one of those math word problem thingys.

    It was 15 pounds with only 2 people eating who are 90% vegetarian. Math is hard but somehow that comes out to 14 pounds left...or I slightly exaggerated:)

    I "made" roast chicken, and by made I mean I bought a rotisserie chicken from the store, then I microwaved some broccoli chunks and melted velveeta over them, today was a wash for me... I'll try harder tomorrow.

    @SpartanChick88, I have to admit it was from a Campbell's Soup box.  I added in sour cream, chives, and hot sauce, though.

    ETA:  By "inventive", I meant "If I have to eat one more can of chicken noodle soup I'm going to lose my mind." :)
