Faint Positive this afternoon!?!?

Hey ladies I'm needing some help! So this cycle I did another iui (#4) and I was on follitsim injections and produced 3 mature eggs for the iui. MH sperm was great this month with 34million washed sperm. We had very high hopes this month with our odds. We have been dealing with unexplained IF. Yesterday I was a hot mess with emotions. And my breasts have never been this sore.... but Idk if that's just the meds and I've been waking up in the middle of night to pee.
Anyways this morning was my test day (exactly 2 weeks after my trigger shot) i tested at 5:45 this morning and got a negative. After I got off of work I came home and looked in the trash at the test... I'm weird, I know... I have always looked when I got home from work and until today they have always remained negative. But like I said today when I checked there was a positive faint pink line. So I turned to Google and they were saying that it could be an evap line. So I took a nap and 2 hrs later I peed in a cup and waited the 3 min and there was a faint positive within 2 minutes!
I will test again in the morning and depending on the results I will be calling my RE. I am cautiously excited but I guess to get to my question do you think that this afternoon's test could be accurate even though it's not first morning pee? And has anyone been in a similar situation and ended up being really pregnant?
