This is a weekly thread posted on Mondays for those of us who have health and fitness goals we would like to keep during our pregnancies. If you are new, please jump right in and join in the weekly discussion! WE ARE ALMOST THERE!!!!!!!!
1) How far along are you?
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
3) Any goals for this week?
GTKY: Since we are in the homestretch of our pregnancies, what are you proud of (health and fitness wise) most since you got pregnant?

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I took Fri-Sun off for the holiday and it felt awesome. I ate well so I don't feel like I need to "get back on track" but I am picking up where I left off.
3) Any goals for this week? Lifting Tues/Thurs/Sat and elliptical Wed/Fri/Sun (with today being my rest day). Running has become too painful with the veins in my ankles swelling but the elliptical feels great so I am doing 3-4 mile intervals on it to keep up with the cardio.
GTKY: Since we are in the homestretch of our pregnancies, what are you proud of (health and fitness wise) most since you got pregnant? Probably my half marathon. I ran it as fast as I did my first postpartum half after my first daughter. I can't wait to get back to racing!
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I've been able to exercise 2 times per week and stretch/light yoga most nights. It's less than I've been hoping for but ultimately I'm happy with it. I was totally sedentary for the first 6 months of this pregnancy so I'm pleased with progress
3) Any goals for this week? Nothing in particular just keep on keeping on.
GTKY: Since we are in the homestretch of our pregnancies, what are you proud of (health and fitness wise) most since you got pregnant? I'm really proud of how well I've done nutritionally. Even when my exercise is lacking my diet is on point and that's helped curb the excess weight. I gained 60lbs with DS and really wanted to be in a healthier range for my body this time.

Still working my yoga in at night. I wish I was doing more though. Going to try and go for some walks with the dog this week.
3) Any goals for this week?
More walking & keep up with my yoga.

Probably completing my half-marathon back in August.
2. Had three great days of cardio including a 31.15 5k turkey trot
3. This week I am deer hunting and have probably walked over five hours. If I get one cardio session in I will be happy. I am tuckered out!!
GTKY: I am most proud of still being able to do jumping pull ups!!
