Office Chair Advice...

I am dying over here at work...I am having severe back spasms. Can anyone recommend anything to correct this? It gets so bad I have to get on all fours in my office and do a belly hang...reallll attractive haha

  • My friend who has had several bulging discs has a seat thing that she uses. I've sat in it before and it makes my back feel really good

  • Are you putting your feet up on something? Maybe it will help with posture and relieve some of the pain?

  • I had bad back pain last pregnancy and I got a massage which really helped. Before the massage the only place I was comfortable was in my car.

    You could also try using a yoga ball as opposed to your office chair to see if the better posture helps. Rocking on the yoga ball is also supposed to help open your pelvis and ca help the baby move down prior to going into labor.
