  There is a local shop that has baby clothes and over the summer I found this little dress for 20 bucks! It was 70% off! I couldn't pass it by.

  If you have a Once Upon a Child store near you, check there! The one near me had tons of adorable dresses in her size for under $10, and since most of them were probably only worn once, they were in perfect condition.
