What is everyone taking other than a prenatal vitamin? Additional Supplements?

hey y'all,
30 yrs old, 15 w/4 d here, Just wondering what others are doing in terms of supplements etc...In the past I have been prone to occasional energy slumps/ mild depression so my daily supplements are an Rx prenatal, Country Life Omega 3 Mood formula (high epa+dha), 400mg of SAM-e (for mood/liver health) and 1000mcg of B-12 when I need a boost (which seems like a lot but my dr says we pee our what our body doesn't need). What are you guys doing?

What brand of ubiquinol are you taking? When my CoQ10 runs out I will switch to ubiquinol.
Jarrow Formulas, I get it on amazon because I'm lazy. I take 100mg a day but before and during IVF I took 200mg a day.
    Fucking bump!!!!
  • Besides my prenatal I have to take a baby aspirin every day and an iron pill every other day.

  • I take a mercury free fish oil supplement when I remember (twice a week?).
  • Hmmm I need to find out how much folic acid is in my Rx prenatal, I'm having the hardest time finding it out online and the details don't come with the RX..."prenavite" by Watson pharmaceuticals
  • I take VitaFusion gummy prenatal vitamins, which has 100% of my daily folic acid (800mg) but only a small portion of my daily DHA (50mg).  I supplement with a DHA capsule (225mg), iron (65mg), vitamin C (800mg I think?) and fiber.  I was on the fiber, vitamin C, and iron (I'm vegetarian and know I don't always get enough) before becoming pregnant so I just kept on with those.  I had been taking separate folic acid before becoming pregnant but once I got KU I swapped my original women's multivitamin for the prenatal vitamin, added in the DHA supplement, and kept the rest of my regimen the same.

  • I take prenatal gummies, cal/mag, iron, fiber, and ducalax. I have been considering taking additional folic because I am pregnant with twins but I wanted to ask my doc first. The iron really helps with my energy level and my doc told me with my DD it is especially important just before delivery.
  • I take my prenatal, baby aspirin, and a stool softener (without it I would surely combust!).
  • I take prenatal, folic acid and DHA
  • Prenatal vitamins, DHA, and a probiotic. The probiotic is from a pre-pregancy habit, to help regulate my digestive system, and the doctor said it was fine to keep taking.
  • How much DHA is everyone taking? I'm taking 450mg
  • Prenatal, D3 & baby aspirin! :)
  • I'm taking a probiotic because I've had three yeast infections so far this pregnancy. It was recommended by my OB.
  • As per my midwife I take a prenatal, omega 3-6-9, vit D and I am
Supposed to take a probiotic but haven't bought them yet.

  • Prenatal, calcium, probiotic, and I will prob add vit. D if my blood level comes back low, and I suspect it will.
  • Prenatal (Garden of Life), iron (Floradix) and Complete DHA (Nordic Naturals)
  • Prenatal, and a calcium magnesium supplement (natural calm)
  • Prenatal and a calcium supplement. I don't eat meat and not very much dairy so I have to watch my b12 and calcium.
  • Prenatal, fiber+calcium, DHA and folic acid, and tylenol seems to be a daily supplement that does absolutely nothing for these darn headaches.

  • Prenatal (when I remember...) and iron (...also when I remember). I was taking a calcium/fiber chew but they're really quite gross so I stopped.
