Hormones are one thing, but going from "normal" to "raging" is not normal, sorry. I've had a few times where I'm bitchier than usual with DH, and every time I've looked back at it and thought "what the hell is wrong with me?!" and apologized to him. I'd start there... saying you're sorry, and that pregnant or not, there is no excuse to rage at him.
Therapy is not a bad thing. It's a great way to get things off your chest and get advice from a third party perspective. Hormones are no excuse for irrational behavior.

It seriously bugs me how people think therapy is for "crazy" people. Therapy is such a helpful way to talk to someone and speak your mind while receiving helpful feedback.
