Window Shades Awkwardness: WWYD?

We need cellular shades in 4 bedrooms plus a bath. I got quotes WAY back in spring from 3 companies. Didn't do anything with it. Re-upped this fall with the company that is also doing our flooring. The lady came over again, I met with her once at the store for a few minutes (on my own initiative), and we've e-mailed. She's super nice. BUT, she never responds when I ask her to look up more info, her price quotes were super confusing, she seems totally unfamiliar with the product. I got frustrated again by all this and re-contacted one of the first companies. She had quoted me prices that ended at Thanksgiving...never followed up...I decided to go with the other guy. Better guarantee, actually knows the product, was very professional. I'd actually be paying slightly more, but would be getting a better product for the rooms in which I was doing a cheaper line of blinds. Well, of course, she finally e-mailed me on Saturday.

WWYD? I'd rather go with him, but she's very nice. Any way to do this without hurting her feelings? What do I tell her? Or would you just go with her, b/c you talked to her over several weeks and she came over twice (he came over once)? I really thought I was going to go with her the last time I met with her, so I'm sure she thinks she's about to get an order, but then I just got annoyed when she again didn't answer questions or follow up. I also have two of her sample cards.

Awkward.
